Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resource Information Systems
Analyst to support their People Systems team and enhance their
HRIS, Workday.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Workday technical implementation and enhancement activities
across various modules
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure
systems deliver organizational value
Review, build, and maintain business processes, seeking
opportunities for improvements and automation
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in HRIS configuration and administration,
specifically with Workday
Familiarity with agile development frameworks and tools (e.g.,
Jira)
Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of working under
demanding deadlines
Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and people
processes
