Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Head of Facilities and
Leasing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the organization's global portfolio of real estate assets,
including facilities management and leasing strategies
Ensure workplace optimization and enhance employee experience while
aligning with business objectives
Oversee Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery
Planning (DRP) to mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration,
Facilities Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in facilities management, leasing, or real
estate operations with significant leadership experience
Strong knowledge of global real estate markets and leasing
practices
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-location portfolios
Professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, CoreNet Global MCR) and
experience with sustainable building practices
