Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel, International Product &
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Advise stakeholders across product, engineering, and marketing
teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Help build a playbook for Product Legal to support international
expansion
Provide practical advice on product compliance, advertising law,
consumer protection, and intellectual property
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school or equivalent
6+ years of legal experience in regulatory compliance, privacy,
marketing, and intellectual property
In-house counsel experience advising on new product development
Significant experience in product and marketing law compliance
Experience with fast-paced technology, software, or fintech
companies
