Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Contracts Attorney to
handle an overload of domestic contract work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, primarily
commercial purchase/sale and service agreements
Manage commercial software licensing through third-party
vendors
Collaborate autonomously with business functions under the
supervision of in-house senior counsel
Required Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an active law license in
good standing
No disciplinary history in any jurisdiction
5 years or more of relevant experience
