- Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Research and provide effective resolutions to customer
inquiries.
- Accurately document call details.

required. Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer
service.
- Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90
days.
- Typing at least 25 WPM.
- Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps
upload and 10 Mbps download.
