  • Level 1 Trauma Center 16 bed Trauma Intensive Care Unit.
    • Job Requirements
    • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    • Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty. Minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization. Only 2 attempts allowed.
    • Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
    • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics. Completed within a year of start updated yearly. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed.
    • As of December 1st, 2023, a new edition was released. Traveler must complete with a passing score of at least 80% with only two attempts permitted. Agency to grade and upload with % on top of first page along with traveler's e-signature and date. Extensions will be required to update to the latest version prior to clearance. Answers must be visibly marked on graded exam.
    • Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years for specialty.
    • Pre-Hire Modules required for Non-Allied Positions to be completed prior to clearance. Document can be found in the Document Library.
    • 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start. And/or Negative IGRA within 90 days of start date lab printout prior to start. TB Questionnaire must be updated annually. If positive TB record; Requires Proof of Chest X-Ray within last 1 year to be accompanied by TB questionnaire.
