Key Responsibilities
Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models effective
communication and coping skills
Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals and
determines appropriate interventions
Advocates for resources based on assessed needs and facilitates
structured skill training sessions
Required Qualifications
Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human
service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Experience in crisis intervention and handling service requests
under pressure
Ability to maintain relationships with clients to identify
emotional or behavioral changes
Competency in applying assessment and support skills for a range of
client issues
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs as
needed
