$15,000 Sign On Bonus, No contract! - -We are seeking a motivated leader to join our growing Med Surg team as a Clinical Supervisor. • Leadership: -Guide, lead, and develop nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.
• Onboarding: -Experience in selecting and onboarding new coworkers, ensuring a smooth transition into our team
• Nursing Sensitive Indicators: -Become proficient in monitoring and improving these critical metrics.
• Quality and Safety Metrics: -Learn to utilize and optimize these metrics to enhance patient care.Qualifications:Education: Graduated from an acccredited Nursing programLicensure: Current Oklahoma RN LicenseExperience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.Certification/Registration: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. Certifications: BLS & ACLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
