Open Position : RN Charge , MedSurg - Nights , Ada, OK (This role qualifies for a Sign-On Bonus as this opening is on NIGHTS) New Grad RN : 10K RN 1-2 years of licensure : 10K 3-4 years of licensure : 15K 5+ years of licensure : 20K Overview The Charge Registered Nurse utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice. Incentives:

  • Shift Differentials Qualifications:
    • Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
    • Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
    • Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frame.
