Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance
client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with
technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage account territory to retain existing recurring revenue and
forecast revenue retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and
serve as the primary contact for client inquiries
Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure effective platform
adoption while identifying opportunities for additional product
usage
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
within the SaaS industry
Strong understanding of revenue retention and relevant financial
metrics
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects
simultaneously
Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms is a
plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related
field preferred
