Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Experience Design.
Key Responsibilities
Establish a deep understanding of problem spaces through research
and data synthesis
Plan and lead ideation workshops to define and shape solutions
Guide project execution and manage direct reports to build a
best-in-class Experience Design practice
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience
Mastery of experience design capabilities including human-centered
design and journey mapping
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional
workstreams
Proficiency with collaboration and prototyping tools such as Figma
and Miro
A highly ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to
thrive in a dynamic environment
