Summary of Position:We're looking for an ambitious New Homes Sales Consultant with a history of success and a strong sense of putting the team first. The successful candidate will drive sales through direct prospecting, client referrals, and professional networks and have a natural affinity toward Titan Factory Direct sales Principles: Integrity, Product Knowledge, Top-Tier Service, and a No-Drama Work Environment. Strong sales experience and candidates with social media sales experience is highly preferred.Duties and Responsibilities

• Guide Homebuyers From Greeting to Closing
• Conduct Display Center Tours
• Understand Client Needs
• Generate Lead Pipeline Through Social Media & Networks
• Follow and Manage Sales Process
• Draw Up Contracts
• CRM Management
• Administrative Work
• Team Collaboration
• Meet Sales QuotasOptimal Candidates Will Have
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role for home builder or car sales in a commission-based role.
  • A history of sales success
  • A positive, enthusiastic and persuasive personality.
