A company is looking for a Team Lead, Accounting & Tax
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of tax & accounting specialists, providing world-class
support experience
Provide comprehensive quality assurance for team's customer
interactions
Assist customers with accounting practices, tax forms, and
navigation of bookkeeping platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
(preferred)
Demonstrated leadership experience (2 years)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a tax or accounting role,
preferably with SMB sole proprietors and S Corps
CPA required
Familiarity with modern ticketing and customer engagement
solutions
